In the last 13 years, traveling the globe with award-winning company, training execs and teams from Fortune 100 companies, Leslie Ehm learned a singular human truth – regardless of title or experience, most people do not believe that they’re good enough or that they can be 100% themselves at work and still succeed. She’s also learned that this is absolutely untrue.
What they’re missing is what Leslie calls swagger. Not the old swagger—that show-off, in-your-face, arrogant kind.
