SHOW NOTES
How James uses tech:
He’s definitely an early adopter. While he may not be the guy who waits in line over night, he still has got to have the shiny new thing. As for his fluency with technology, James gives himself about a six or a seven. He knows he can use it all, but he’s always asking himself whether he’s using it right and efficiently. As far as his content consumption and production behaviors, well it “just depends.” It’s all relative for Dr. James Kelley. On Facebook and Twitter, he’s more likely to curate content, whereas on he’s producing content on the ‘Gram and LinkedIn.
What he wishes his parent’s learned earlier:
James amended this question to be something he wish his parents had learned earlier, which is to push him (NOT PHYSICALLY), but academically.
What he wishes he’d learned earlier:
Understand that busting his ass early on would open up more opportunities for future James, and to treat the women he interacted with in college with with more respect (YAS JAMES).
What is the most important skill of the future:
Relationships are the most important thing. Build them, or else we’re going to turn into the people on the spaceship from Wall-E.
Apps in his Dock:
Phone, Mail, Calendar, & Messages
One app he can’t live without:
Apple Podcast App
Last Social Media left standing:
One book you should read:
E-Myth Mastery by Michael E. Gerber
Desired Superpower:
To suck up other people’s superpowers
